It confounds me to think that such beauty as this was spoken into being. When I saw the mountains looking so gorgeous this afternoon, I knew I had to go out and take pictures. I cannot even do justice to the beauty that was before me, in these pictures. Lilly, my companion, anytime I go anywhere on the 4 wheeler or UTV, tagged along and even consented to standing in one spot (away from me) long enough that I was able to get pictures of her... Will wonders never cease!
It started snowing a few hours after I took this creating a fairyland like atmosphere as we did chores after dark. The lights of the UTV illuminated trillions of large snowflakes softly falling to the ground, and somehow the coldness of doing chores wasn't quite so bad as I looked around in wonder. There are no words to describe the loveliness of it, and I wish I had been able to take a picture of it, to attempt and convey the glorious sight! The snow has stopped falling now, leaving our little piece of the world wrapped in a satiny blanket until morning.

Your photos are stunning and I must agree; It is stunning to know that God spoke it all into being. It is one of the reasons I take photos- that His name would be praised!
